This document reflects the current code and public service. Highlighted fields must be confirmed by qualified legal counsel before publication as a final legal notice.
1. Operator, scope and status
These terms govern access to the BeWynd Flow web application, public website, account, plans, support and connected services. BeWynd Flow is presented under the BeWynd brand.
2. Acceptance and business authority
A person who creates or uses an organisation account confirms that they are authorised to act for that organisation and to accept the applicable order, plan and these terms. If they lack that authority, they must not create or administer the tenant.
The service is intended for professional and organisational use. Consumer availability, minimum age and any mandatory local consumer rights require jurisdiction-specific confirmation.
3. The service
BeWynd Flow is a business software service. The features available depend on the plan and configuration.
4. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
- Protect credentials, recovery codes, devices and integration permissions.
- Use individual accounts; do not share credentials or bypass user limits.
- Notify the support contact promptly of suspected compromise or unauthorised access.
- Administrators are responsible for users, roles, permissions and data within their tenant.
5. Plans, payments and changes
Prices, billing period and applicable conditions are shown before purchase. Payments and renewals are governed by the selected plan and the conditions presented at checkout.
6. Permitted and prohibited use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within documented permissions.
- Do not access another tenant, probe security, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or evade technical limits.
- Do not upload unlawful content or data without the necessary rights, notices and legal basis.
- Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or copy protected parts except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
- Comply with export, sanctions, employment, privacy, intellectual-property and sector rules applicable to your use.
7. Customer data and administration
The customer retains responsibility for business data entered into its tenant and grants the operator the rights needed to host, process, back up, transmit and display that data solely to provide and secure the service. The customer must configure access and obtain required permissions from represented individuals.
Data export, return, deletion and assistance at termination must follow the final subscription contract and Data Processing Agreement.
8. Third-party services
Optional integrations are activated by an authorised user. Their use is subject to the applicable provider's terms and the permissions selected by the customer.
9. Intellectual property
BeWynd Flow software, design, documentation, trademarks and platform content remain owned by their respective rights holders. A valid subscription grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term.
10. Availability, support and changes
The service may be maintained, secured, updated or changed to improve operation, comply with law or address risk. Planned maintenance should be communicated where practical. Specific uptime, support hours, response times, backups and service credits apply only if confirmed in an order or service-level agreement.
11. Suspension, cancellation and deletion
Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. The applicable cancellation and data-handling conditions are set out in the relevant agreement.
12. Warranties and liability
The service will be provided with reasonable skill and care subject to the agreed plan and dependencies. No term excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any exclusions, caps, indirect-loss wording or customer indemnities must be set in the final contract for the applicable jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
Material changes should be dated and communicated through the service, email or another agreed channel before they take effect where required. Continued use alone will not override mandatory law or a requirement for explicit acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
Users should first contact support so the parties can attempt to resolve a dispute. Governing law, competent courts, consumer dispute resolution and mandatory local protections have not been established by the repository.
